EXPERIENCE

Patrick Dury has served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company since July 2025. He has also served as Chief Financial Officer of Bain Capital Special Situations since 2015, where he is responsible for overseeing financial operations and reporting. In 2018, Mr. Dury also served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Bain Capital Specialty Finance, Inc. Prior to joining Bain Capital, he was a Senior Manager in the Asset Management practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in alternative investment products.

EDUCATION

Mr. Dury received a BA from the College of the Holy Cross.
