EXPERIENCE

David J. Greenwald has agreed to serve on our Board of Directors. He is chairman emeritus of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP, where he served as chairman from 2014 to 2024, following nearly two decades at Goldman Sachs, where he was International General Counsel and a Deputy General Counsel.

EDUCATION

Mr. Greenwald received a BS, summa cum laude, from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a JD from Columbia Law School.
